I've been a customer of Surface with a Smile for two or three years. They are great if you have messy, long-haired animals! I have two golden retrievers and two children (the dogs are the ones who make the worst messes.) There were one or two spots that they cleaned with all their might. One of the spots could still kind of be seen. One of the owners, Debbie, came back by herself with some extra solution and made sure it was taken care of! This year, I referred them to my parents, who had some cat messes to contend with. Debbie sent me a gift card as a thank-you! They are nice and personable, and good at their job.
