Abest technician did his best to repair a 23 year old gas furnace. He replaced the sensor, the fan motor and the circuit board, but the new circuit board shorted out again. The owner came out and told me they would either fix the furnace or install me a new one. The did install me a new furnace the next day at their cost. Furthermore they did not charge me for the parts and labor on trying to fix the old furnace. They wen way above and beyond what anyone else would have done. I highly recommend them and can't say enough good things about them.
