Kenneth Green, the service manager and our technician today, was exceptional. His experience and knowledge was easy to see and appreciate. He not only inspected our system, he tweaked it by initiating a feature that had been dormant/switched off since the system was installed 10 years ago. Plus, after I asked him if Abest had red sweatshirts like his for sale, he took his off and gave it to me!?! Who does that?
