The workers from Texas Quality Plumbing were really easy with which to engage. They answered all of our questions and were really good with the follow-up leading to our appointment. The plumber was very timely. He called 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive, and he showed up on time. The pipes from our french drain system in our lawn had been clogged, so we needed him to come out and clean them. He was great. He took photos of the situation and sent them straight to our email. He kept us in the loop and even talked to us about other issues that arose. He immediately provided a quote and was very upfront with potential costs. He talked us through the next steps, but he never gave us pressure about having to use them. He just provided us the info and we were able to make an informed decision based on what he showed us. There was clear communication throughout the whole process. He did a great job and we would use them again in the future.
