Poor communication between office and technicians on time and job to be done. Office said they do hook up gas dryers and reconfirmed after two techs came to house. First tech hooked up gas line and stuffed dryer back into space. Even when questioned, said it hooked right in. Dryer vented moisture, lint, heat into the house because vent was not hooked up. Second tech said he could figure it out and was going to hook old lint-filled vent up. Said plumbing doesn't usually do that work. Told him I would rather figure out who knows to do the work. Expensive lesson on my part.
