(1) Professional estimator who visited my project, and followed up in a timely manner with the estimate, insurance documentation, and referrals.

(2) All referrals (both residential and commercial) gave excellent ratings.

I am impressed with the final results based on the following criteria:

(1) The crew showed up on the job within the time frame promised.

(2) Clint, the co-owner and arborist for Acorn managed the site work from start to finish in a very professional and courteous manner.

(3) Every member of the crew was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, careful of property, and used SAFE workplace practices.

(4) Upon completion of the job, my yard was spotless and unblemished by their presence and I breathed a sigh of relief that the problem trees next to my house were gone.

As a final note, I have to say how impressed I am with how well the entire crew worked together and ran like a well oiled machine. It was obvious that they are well trained and experienced workers who were not just "hired off the side of the road somewhere". Acorn has the formula for success. I will definitely use them again if and when the need arises.
