My experience with Airport Express of St. Augustine was that it was very good because I was very satisfied overall and couldn't have any complaints. My son was scheduled to come in at 1 a.m., and Wayne called me ahead of time and told me that my son's flight wouldn't be in on time. With everything he had that was scheduled, he tried to be as accommodating as he could. We both kept in contact and my son did arrive at 1 a.m. instead of 3:30 a.m., so Wayne woke up his driver to accommodate us. This really was excellent service, and I think it was very obliging.

The driver who delivered my son was friendly not grumpy--although he didn't get a lot of sleep that night and had to change his schedule. My son said that everything was wonderful with the driver and the service he provided.
