We had an emergency plumbing leak that was repaired on the same day that we called Horizon! They scheduled an appt. but called us back and said a tech. had finished his job early and could come to us sooner if that was convenient. Zachary H. was very professional (he put booties on to protect our floors), traced the leak location and presented us with a number of options to repair and never pressured us in making our decision. He went above and beyond our expectations, cleaning up/removing all debris. Will definitely recommend Horizon for any of their services!!
