Made an appointment in September for a check up on my heater and they said November 20th was first appointment available. They send me an email to remind me November 19th they would be here tomorrow between 10 and 2. November 20th about 9am they call and cancel an appointment that was made two months prior. Said they had emergencies. They rescheduled for January 25, 2024. I called to have my heater serviced in September was told November only to be told January. Not acceptable. I paid for the service in June. Otherwise I would’ve found another company. I had the heater and AC installed by them.
