Last Tuesday, December 6th, 2022, Cody came out promptly to fix two issues we had with both of our bathrooms. Our master bathroom toilet had a leak underneath at the shut off valve. Cody diagnosed and installed a new shut off valve. We needed to update our main bathroom with a new sink, faucet and vanity. Our home is 43 years old, with a lot of original plumbing and we have hard water. Cody had to extend the main drainpipe and then change the angle of the cold water shut off valve due to new vanity with drawers. He did a wonderful job and said if any problems arise to call. This morning, Dec.12th, we noticed it had been dripping underneath the main drain. Cody came back today and fixed it - no charge. He is a dedicated technician. Knowledgeable, thorough and precise. If possible, we would ask for him on any plumbing issues in the future.
