Not only is Jeff personable and a consummate professional, but he showed us he has got a lot of heart! Our dog managed to escape while Jeff was getting set to start on our heater repair. He did not hesitate for a moment as he helped to corral our dog and bring her back home. Thank God for Jeff being there for the heater repair AND the rescue of our dog! If he is not the best, I do not know who is.
