Truly appreciate Tim Newcomb he’s very personable he was prompt and courteous. As a matter of fact he was one of the techs that imstalled my heating unit in 2012. He took his time to instruct me of how to correctly change filter. He advised that humidifier on unit was bad on 01/25/18 ordered the replacement and installed the new humidifier on 01/29/18.
