Even though it's late summer/early fall, I still use my air conditioning. I had an unexpected problem and called for help. My service technician arrived the next afternoon a little before the appointment time. Jeffery W. was courteous from the moment he arrived until he left. He went about checking my information and quickly solved the problem. My headache was solved and he was on his way very quickly. He is the type of person i've come to expect from Horizon and I wasn't let down at all!
