Very prompt, reliable and professional.

They cleaned the leather sofa, and it does not fell right. We know it had some heavy staining, but the actual leather fells rough and gritty. It does not feel soft anymore. We have used them many times and their service is great. I would like for someone to come back out and see what can be done.

I'm sorry to hear that the leather piece has damage. Unfortunately, the damage was pre-existing and pointed out before the piece was cleaned. Over time, the oils and wear on a piece of leather will deteriorate the outer layer. Removing the layer of biofilm will expose the actual texture of the leather. The piece in question was cleaned with microfiber cloth and leather cleaning cream. The piece was then conditioned with microfiber and leather conditioner, and then protected with a leather protecting cream applied using a microfiber towel.
