Very professsional and the guy that came out was very courteous.

They cleaned the carpet and tried to fix some stains, but the stains did not get fixed.

Thank you for your feedback. I did review the invoice and the potential for limited results on the oily stains were discussed prior to cleaning. I apologize that the stains could not be completely removed.
