I've been a customer of Decker's Carpet Cleaning for over five years. They are a small family-run business. I deal with the same people consistently and the same employees are there consistently. They bend over backward to provide service. They communicate effectively about everything, including how best to keep costs down, and how to maintain surfaces. I always like working with them. I feel safe having them in my home. They usually fit me in a reasonable amount of time and they always follow up. I only have positive things to say. Other companies might offer more services regularly but I haven't had the same experience working with them.
