I thought the service with Decker's Carpet Cleaning was wonderful. When I dropped off the rug, the person that helped me communicated very well for the challenges the runner rug had. He told me what he could do and how much it would cost. I was very pleased with the service and the rug. My only quandary was the expense of having this rug serviced. That is not their fault, as I agreed to it. I would use them again.
