This is the second time that I have used Decker's Carpet Cleaning. The first time that they cleaned my carpets, there was a mark left on the carpet. This service was six months after the first one. The equipment in the truck broke down, and he had to go get another truck. He did move the furniture, and he did clean the carpet. He was nice, and I think he worked hard. He cleaned some stains on the carpet that were of a darker color, with the end result after cleaning looking like urine stains. The carpet technician also told me that the carpets should be dry in two to three hours, but it actually took a day and a half for them to completely dry. I will probably find someone else in my area to clean my carpets to see if the results are any better. If those results are not better, I will go back to Decker's.
