Decker's Carpet Cleaning did a great job on our carpet. Max was the technician, and he was terrific. He was incredibly thoughtful, thorough, and polite. He worked from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM and only took one small break. He was all about getting the job done. He was great at explaining what he was going to do, and how long it would take, and he understood the chemicals and the equipment. He took into consideration that we had used spot treatments. This was our first time using them, and Max made a great impression. He was a terrific person to represent the company. I very highly recommend using Decker's Carpet Cleaning.
