I have used Decker's Carpet Cleaning a couple of times and they are a good company. Most recently, they cleaned some carpets for me and they also took some rugs to their facility to clean for me. They are friendly and professional people and they are very accommodating as to scheduling. I also like how they are not high-pressure people trying to upsell me. My rugs could have been cleaned here at my home, or taken in. It cost more to have them sent out for cleaning but they did not try to push me to that more expensive option. They were quite happy to do whatever I wanted and I appreciated that respect and courtesy. I highly recommend Decker's Carpet Cleaning to everyone! They do good work and they are good people too!
