I was reading the neighborhood website and Decker's Carpet Cleaning was very highly recommended by some of the people there. So, I decided to give them a call. They did such a good job that I would give much more than Five Stars if that was possible. There were two young men who came out to do the work and they conducted themselves in a very professional manner, as if they were representing their company. I was impressed by that. They were very friendly, punctual and helpful. They moved all the furniture out of the way and they put everything back when they were finished. They worked very hard and they did not talk on their cell phones or anything like so many young people do nowadays. They worked very quietly too, and I was pleasantly surprised by that. They measured the room before they started and they gave me an approximate price and I liked that too. They explained what they were doing and that was informative. They also wore masks the whole time they worked, and since I am older, that was much appreciated also. All in all, it was a very good experience and my carpets looked so clean when they were finished. I can see why Decker's Carpet Cleaning came so highly recommended!
