The first time I used Decker's Carpet Cleaning I was impressed! They did a great job provided great service and the carpets came out great as well. This service was good but not as good as the prior service. I have one recommendation for you, instead of all the up charging and all that other stuff you try to sell just charge one price and do a good job, just clean the carpets and charge accordingly.
