I regularly use Decker's Carpet Cleaning to clean my rugs for me. They are very good people who show up on time, and do a great job for me. I also like how upfront they are about things. For example, I had a bad stain that had set in while I was on vacation. They were very honest and told me right up front that this particular stain may not come out, due to the nature of it. They worked hard to get it out, and were not successful. But, since they were straightforward about it from the beginning, I understood. Decker's is a really good company!
