I am glad that I found Decker's Carpet Cleaning. I had shopped around for other rug cleaning companies and they came in with the best price. So I took a chance and everything turned out excellent! The technician came out to my home. He was very prompt and efficient. My Berber carpeting had indentations from the furniture sitting on it for so long. I was hoping for the technician to remove them as well as clean the carpets. I appreciate that the technician was honest with me by explaining that it might not work. Yet, he tried to do the best that he could. He got all of the spots out and did the necessary repairs in places that needed it. What a fantastic job he did! I was very impressed and the carpeting looks great. I absolutely will recommend Decker's Carpet Cleaning. This was my first time and was very pleased with the fair pricing and the quality of workmanship so I will absolutely give them a call again.
