This was my first experience with Decker's Carpet Cleaning. They came to our home and cleaned all the carpets. The gentleman who did the cleaning was very nice, and very good at his job. I asked him for some recommendations for some other repair work we needed done, and he provided us the contact information. We subsequently used that person, and he also did a great job for us. When my husband got home, there was one thing that he was not satisfied with. We called Decker's, and they came back out within two days and made it right for us. No fuss, and no hassle! That really impressed us! They definitely stand behind their work!
