I called Decker's Carpet Cleaning to come out and clean my carpets for me. Michael, who I think is the owner, was very approachable, and easy to talk to. He set me up an appointment, and arrived on time to do the work. He did a great job on the carpets, and was very friendly. This just seems to be one of those small family businesses with friendly employees and great service. Five Stars!
