This was my first time to use Decker's Carpet Cleaning. They came out to clean my carpets, and they did a really good job on them. The man that did the cleaning actually got here early, and he was nice enough to call ahead and make sure that I did not mind him coming early. Which, I felt was very thoughtful on his part. He was very friendly, and all in all, this was a great first experience! I even asked for some estimates on some other work I needed to have done.
