I have only used Decker's Carpet Cleaning once, but I would definitely use them again. They were very nice, and they showed up on time. They did a great job on my carpets. One area where I think they went above and beyond is, how they were so friendly that they paid attention to my three year old grandson. He wanted to "help" them, and they let him "help." They really paid attention to him, and I thought that was so nice of them!
