This was my first experience with Decker's Carpet Cleaning. They came out to do two rooms. They ended up doing those two rooms, and also patching some carpet, and taking in two Oriental rugs for cleaning. I was really impressed with the gentleman they sent out. He really knew what he was doing. He went above and beyond for me to find some carpet that matched the existing carpet. He said that the carpet in my closet was not of the same plushness, so we went up into my attic to find some more carpet that would match better. He worked that into the carpet, and if you didn't know it was patched, you would not notice it at all. It was that good a job, and I really appreciated his extra effort!
