Decker's Carpet Cleaning is very good about responding promptly with scheduling an appointment. They arrive on time, are really professional and courteous of your home. The carpet cleaning turned out really well and I honestly do not have any complaints. The reason that we hired them to clean the carpets was for pet odor in one of the rooms in the house. We purchased this home from pet owners so there was the faint smell in one room. I do not think that it is Decker's Carpet Cleaning fault that the odor was not eliminated during cleaning, I think it just has gotten down into the floor and other measures will have to be taken to eliminate it. I would recommend them for their services and professionalism!
