Will not do business with again.

Arrived late with no explanation before we had to call them to see if they were still coming. They were very hard on my furniture and walls. Dropped items down my stairs not one, not twice, but three times. Left a huge gash in my wall and claimed they did not do it. Asked for cash check or credit card upon a quick exit. Were very loudly speaking to each other upsetting my entire household. Made no apologies for the extremely loud equipment.

Thank you for taking the time to review this job. I am sorry that you were not pleased with your experience. I am not sure if there was a misunderstanding, but your phone call to see if we were still coming was actually earlier than your scheduled appointment time and we did explain that the crew would be picking up some materials on the way to your home. Yes, the truck mount is very loud and there is not really anything that can be done about that, but I will definitely speak with my tehcnicians about their conversation habits. Regarding the items that fells down your stairs, sometimes in the course of a job accidents do happen; we are not perfect. Unfortunately, the damage that you pointed out to us appeared to be pre-existing and could not have been caused by the lightweight, plastic cornerguards that fell down your stairs. We always take responsibility and replace or repair damages when we are at fault. Again, thank you for taking the time to review the job. There is always room for improvement and we do try to learn from all customer comments and reviews.
