Service King Euless was one of three authorized to repair my Highlander. They were not prompt in scheduling the towing for damage estimates, and the suv spent over a month in repairs due to delays (they blamed the parts supplier). They sent me a text message that my vehicle was in professional hands and due for completion on Friday May 12th. I received a couple more texts that the vehicle repairs were nearing completion on schedule for Friday May 12th. On Wednesday May 10th, after my insurance had made the final supplemental payment, Service King updated me that the car would not be ready Friday May 12, but instead will be ready next Friday may 19th. They stuck me with the extra week of rental car expense, and didn't even bother to call about the delay. Enterprise Car rental just left a message that Service King would NOT be covering any of the car rental expense. Even though it is their fault that the car repairs are not completed as promised!! Completely unethical!
