Horrible Work, Horrible Customer Service
About 3 years ago I was involved in a hit and run in my car. I was broad sided by an SUV and then they drove off. My insurance company had me take my car to Service King in Euless Texas. They quoted me 2 weeks until my car was finished. So about 3 weeks later I received the call that my car was finished. When I went to pick it up I noticed that they did a great job fixing the cosmetics. But when I drove away the same grinding noise it was making after my accident was still there. The lady in customer service said they had no idea it needed mechanical work as well as cosmetic work. Even though it was in the accident report. She rudely told me it was my fault for not telling them exactly what was wrong with it and that it would take another month to fix the mechanics. So after a month I called them to see what was going on with my car. The same lady said "oh, its you" when I told her my name. She said it would be another two weeks. When I finally was able to pick up my car it was still not fixed. And to add insult to injury, now there was a huge dent in the hood where a mechanic accidentally closed the hood on a tool. The mechanic told me that himself, but the customer service department said it was there when the car had arrived. My car still has the dent, and still is not completely fixed from the accident. If you value your car, do not go to Service King.
