This journey was frustrating. I signed up for 3 house deal before Christmas. After Christmas in DEC, I got called from person who said they would call later to schedule begin work. Later in DEC I got a similar call about starting work next week and we agreed they will call when it they new more about their schedule. No word so I went out of town on MON of the week they said they might go to work. I got calls from my kids while we were away that they had shown up and were working. When I got home about 4pm, they were gone so could not talk to them. We played appointment tag through JAN and I can see where they might have issues due to the very cold weather, but no real progress was made. Then I saw someone and we spent most of our time trying to agree what was in scope of the contract I signed. Seems like there are several layers in their organization and I actually had to coordinate with Sales, management and workers to get on same page as to what was in scope. Then silence again. Finally Carlos showed up one MON morning telling me he would start work. I work at home so I told him I could spend time with him when my work was done about 4 pm. To his credit Carlos made things happen and stayed with the job until it was done. I had to pay another $1400 for work not in the scope, but it was work that he showed me and I agreed that it needed to be done so all that went well. I am not sure I will do this again. I am apprehensive on whether the coating will last 25 years or whether the guarantee is reliable based on what I have experienced so far.
