I had an emergency need for an on-demand hot water heater and they were very thorough, timely, and also coordinated with another vendor to solve the problem. It wasn't readily apparent what was causing the problem. They were able to ID the need to explore further with suggestions on what to do next. They also worked directly with tenants as I (landlord) was not available to be on site.
