Excellent service and paid attention to customer’s analysis of the problem
Mr. Mauricio Villanueva arrived on time and was prepared with knowledge of the tankless water heater (Bosch) and the service record with Albert Nahman. He listened intently to my analysis of the issues pertinent to Error Code A-2, and promptly analysed the problems troubling the machine (debris clogged the intake filter). He answered my questions and described the steps he was taking and what to do if this Error Code recurred. This afternoon I was so happy to take a reliable hot water shower and to then later still have the heater working.
