We hired Alber Nahman Plumbing and Heating recently to change out all our piping from galvanized to copper pipes. It was a very big job. They changed out the water heater as well. They arrive on time and are very responsible. Their workers are just about the best. They're very respectful. They don't blast the radio while they're working. They understand they are in someone else's home. They wear booties indoors and ask questions whenever necessary. They're really a terific group of workers. The job captian, Michael, was excellent. We started with lots of confidence because of him. We had three regular workers over the three weeks it took to finish the job, Ricki, Fernando, and Mario. They were all wonderful workers and very nice men. They're timely and respectful. They took care of the permits. Any time I called the I spoke with wonderful, helpful, sympathetic people. Amber was wonderful in scheduling and when I called on the weekends, Lisa was also very much in charge and extremely helpful. I wouldn't say they're the cheapest service out there, it's possible there are others that are less expensive, but given the fact that I like their reputation and their office is in my area, I think that it made sense to me to use their service.
