Upon arrival at our residence, we met the very affable and cheerful Jose De La Torre and we critiqued with him the symptoms of the plumbing difficulty we were experiencing. After a short investigation and his probing of the crawl space, he was able to determine the source of a leak in the drain system and updated us. Jose apprised us of his findings and made a proposed resolution to the problem. We concurred with his professional assessment/opinion and indicated that we wanted him to proceed with repairs.

Jose commenced with repairs and kept us updated throughout the duration of the job. He explained in detail the causes of the back-up and further recommended repairs to prevent subsequent problems. Utilization of the snake with accompanying fiber optic and a thumb drive provided us with a better understanding of the backup. Repairs were completed in a very timely manner and we agreed with Jose's professional recommendation to proceed with the additional step, which has since been scheduled, in preventing a potential problem in the future.
