I love the manager at iStorage Madison - Jetplex; she's great! I've recommended them to my brother and now he has his stuff there too. They are wonderful people, very concerned with their customers and their belongings. They are easy to access. Certain places are hard to go in and out of and you have to fill out paperwork to get to your stuff. Not there. They are real straightforward. When I moved my things in, we needed a truck and they used theirs which was a real plus. They took good care of me.
