Everything about iStorage Decatur - 14th Street has been pretty decent. The cleanliness is good. The facilities seem well protected. On a whole, it is a good place to rent storage space.

The only thing is that I find them to be a little extreme on the late fees. I am out of town a lot for work, so I sometimes can't get there in time to pay my bill. Often times, too, I will be somewhere where I can't call them with my credit card information. When this happens, they charge me outrageous late fees. I understand they have to make money, but it's just storage space after all.

I have a friend who also uses iStorage Decatur - 14th Street, and he, too. has to travel a great deal for work. He says the same thing about their extreme late fees. He and I have both discussed the possibility of switching to another storage facility because of the late fees.

I will say that the lady who takes care of me at the front desk is awesome. She is nice and knowledgeable. I love her to death, and she is honestly a big part of the reason why I haven't left yet.
