Prairie Life Fitness Center is based in Omaha, Nebraska with locations in 4 states.

Upon entering Prairie Life Fitness my first time, I was greeted by friendly staff that made me feel welcome.

While touring the facility, I asked about the qualifications of the staff and was pleased to find out that all of the trainers in the Franklin Tennessee facility have a Bachelors degree in fitness/exercise.

The facility clearly was designed to cater to the more affluent customer by providing a very clean lobby with comfortable leather chairs, large flat panel televisions and a made to order snack bar.

The fitness center is well maintained with all exercise equipment in proper order. There is a diverse mix of aerobic, strength and physical therapy equipment that ensures you will never have a boring workout or have to wait on your favorite machine to become available.

What sold Prairie Life for me was when I walked in to the dressing room. It was very clean and well equipped with large lockers, jacuzzi tub, wet sauna, dry sauna, numerous showers, fresh towels and toiletries.

Laundry service is available and comes with a private locker for you to keep your gear overnight. When you return the next day, your clothes have been washed, dried, folded and neatly placed in your locker.
