Best approach to TOTAL wellness
After my first visit, I felt like I had finally been heard. ( Great Listener ) I had the best week of sleep in so long I can't measure it. Sarah's approach to my personal goals and eliminating the blockers I was experiencing is compassionate yet focused. I'll make some subtle changes to be fully healthy and happy for life and others will take time and careful thought. On my second visit, I felt comfortable and came away again with more clarity. I feel more balanced and Sarah is helping me create a better version of myself. I'm looking forward to my journey with her guidance. Sarah is a great partner in my overall healthcare plan.
