Don't make an appointment!!!!
Working through the week it's hard to get my car serviced. I made an appointment for Saturday at 1PM. I was there ten minutes before my appointment they confirmed my time and said it would be about two hours. Yet almost THREE hours later they had yet to start on my car. An entire Saturday afternoon gone! Thanks a lot!
