I ordered the wrong motor. I caught the mistake but Jeff had already shipped. As always, I was able to reach him immediately to get the motor stopped at UPS. You only really know a supplier when there is a problem. Being able to get answers and action immediately can make your week. I don't need many motors yet, but I plan to call Jeff and PTJ every time.
