Good service, Horrible product!

Got this motor. PC213T-7.5-4 for phase converter. Loudest electric motor I've ever heard. it'd deafening. I will not use it, going to have to look for a different one. Good service. But my advice quite selling this motor it's junk. Do not buy.

The customer never contacted us that there was any issue until this review. I contacted the customer after getting this review to have the motor checked out by a motor shop as is customary in this situation. He refused so we are left do do nothing but speculate as to what the issue was. It has been our experience when a motor is loud and trips the breaker it has been wired incorrectly. Honestly I am blown away by this situation as the customer did not even want his money back???
