On Saturday, Easter weekend, we needed a motor in order to open up for operations come Monday so I got on the internet in search for a replacement. All the other companies I called were closed but when I found the exact motor I needed at PTJ Industrial, I called expecting to get a recording but a Gentleman by the name of Jeff answered the phone and the next thing I knew, I was on my way to PTJ Industrial to pick up the motor. They were not open for business but Jeff made arrangements for me to call a particular person before my arrival at their warehouse and they would be their waiting for me. The employee that met me at the warehouse was very polite and professional. Their service, their cost "Exemplary"!!!
