I've never used Steam Clean Express before and actually took a chance when I found them in the phone book. They came and cleaned the carpets in 2 bedrooms, living room,our lazy boy, couch/loveseat, and a couple chairs as well. We were very pleased with the young man that came out to work. He was very nice, polite, knowledgeable, and quite helpful too. Everything came out great and we are very satisfied with the work he did. I will be recommending them for sure - They did a great job!
