Steam Clean Express is fast and efficient. They clean the carpet, that's what they did with us anyway. They've been out for about the last 3-4 years, usually just before Christmas. They have friendly technicians, they were very good. Also, they have a good offer: if they don't do the job to your satisfaction then the cleaning is free! They have fairly competitive prices as well. I haven't checked recently but I did when we first started with them a few years ago. I would definitely recommend Steam Clean Express!
