I spilled a cup of coffee on a new white carpet, and when I went online, I found Steam Clean Express and learned they there the only ones who could come out on short notice. It was an emergency situation, and on a Saturday, but the person who came out was exceptional! He was knowledgeable and did a good job of dealing with the problem. They followed up after the weekend at no extra cost. This was my first experience with Steam Clean, and I would consider them again.
