This was my first time using Steam Clean Express. I was happily surprised by the professionalism and their ability to squeeze me in for an appointment. I was on a very tight schedule and their accommodation worked out to be fantastic. They let me know up front that if I was not satisfied they would come back and make sure that they got any issue taken care of. These were all the things that I wanted to hear. They did a good job, and my renters were happy which made me happy and if I needed them again I would certainly call them.
